Try before you buy: the free test
To let you judge the quality of our work before you commit, new customers can ask for a free test of one of our services. Read the details below, then press the Ask for Free Test button at the bottom of this page and tell us which service you would like to try.
The free test is limited to one single service per customer. To prove you are a real customer and to prevent abuse, we ask for a one-time payment of $1. After we receive your request, we reply by email with a voucher code that gives you the service you asked for at $1.

Refunds
Our services are digital. As soon as work starts, we spend time and money on delivery, and that cannot be returned. For this reason we do not refund payments once an order is placed.
Every service is described clearly on its page before you buy, so you know exactly what you are ordering. Please read the description carefully, and use the free test if you want to see our quality first.
The $1 paid for the free test is not refundable. It only covers a very small part of what the service costs us to deliver, and its purpose is to keep the free test for real customers.
If something is wrong with your order
You can report a problem up to 7 days after delivery. If we did not deliver, delivered something different from what the service page describes, or delivered it incorrectly, we will redo or repair the work.
To report a problem, simply reply to the email in which you received the report of the work, with a short description of the issue.
Payment disputes
We do everything we can to solve every problem quickly. When you bought your service, you agreed to all our terms and conditions and you read the service description carefully. If you expected something different from what is described on the service page, that is no longer our responsibility.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by PayPal, which supports cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We never see or store your card details.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under the consumer law where you live.
