Refunds
Digital services cannot be refunded once work has started, because time and money are spent on delivery as soon as an order is in progress. That is why we offer the free test first, and why we ask you to read the service description carefully before you order.
Questions about an order
If something about your order is unclear, or you think there is a problem, write to us through the contact form with your order number and we will look into it.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by PayPal, which supports cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We never see or store your card details.
